Wynnum Concert Hall's first event brings you a night of country and blues, featuring The Blue Shamrocks, Sean Power and the Main Street Band and headliner, 8 Ball Aitken. A large bar and a mobile food truck will ensure everyone keeps their energy up to rock out to these great performances. Some seating if you get there early!

The artists - Brisbane's boot-stompin' country band, the Blue Shamrocks, brings the party with a blend of traditional twang, jive, waltz, and line dance. Catchy originals and high-energy performances guaranteed to get your toes tappin', with their original songs Through the Years, Gypsy Time & You Packed Away Your Records charting nationally on the Australian country music charts. Sean Power & The Main Street Band's ragged guitar driven songs journey from the bluesy rock of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers to the fuzzed out guitars of The Black keys. The live performance resonates with audiences through the energy and intensity the band brings to the stage. 8 Ball Aitken has toured the world for more than a decade performing his swampy- blues-rock across twenty countries to date. He’s earned a loyal fanbase from his live shows and internet videos, while paying his dues as a singer, songwriter, slide- guitarist, and producer. 8 Ball moved to Nashville, Tennessee, USA in 2012 and worked for nine years with many of the best in the blues business today. He won second place in the 2021 International New Orleans Cigar Box Guitar Festival hosted by blues woman Samantha Fish.
